The property manager was consistently calling for a plumber to unclog the drain pipes. He asked us to run a sewer drain camera inspection for the entire drain system and find out why it keeps backing up. The septic tank was just pumped out and serviced, so we eliminated that problem.

The camera picked up a water pipe fitting stuck with other debris inside the pipe. The concrete and debris could not have been removed by a drain cleaning. The concrete was cut and a section of pipe was removed to make the repair.
Cast Iron Pipe
Here is a problem we get often. A call for a clogged drain can possibly be a large project. When pieces of pipe come out of the drain with the cable, the cast iron pipe has completely deteriorated on the bottom and needs to be replaced. 
Backwater Valve
A customer called to report a possible break in the drain system under the house. A sewer drain pipe camera inspection was performed and we found old cast iron pipes. There were no cracks or holes in the pipes for roaches to enter the house, however; the tenant was constantly complaining about roaches entering the house and they ultimately left the house because of it.The septic tank was checked and a roach nest was found. We suggested to install a Backwater Valve before the sewer pipe enters the house so everything can be drained and no roaches can craw back into the house.

3" Cast Iron Versus 4" PVC
A friend was consistently calling for clogged drains and it was in same spot at the 90 degree bend before the septic tank. The entire exterior sewer pipe was discovered to be 3" Cast Iron. The pipe was replaced with a 4" PVC. This picture shows a big improvement on the one fitting that was causing all of the back ups!
