The basic bathtub will not have fancy jets or electric to break down, a cast iron bathtub is the best decision due to lack of maintenance and durability. 

Bathtub Jacuzzi

Bathtub Jacuzzi's have jets and is desired similar to an outside jacuzzi, there are some precautions so be prepared to have them repaired, along with electrical contacts and motor problems. An outside Jacuzzi is best because they are accessible and no tiles, walls or hidden access panels have to be removed to service the Jacuzzi.
