roaches in my home

Cast Iron pipe is a favorite of roaches because they can crawl on it from the inside at any angle and not fall off.  Septic tanks or man holes is their nest and they can even nest inside your drain pipes if the conditions are just right!

Changing cast iron pipes to pvc pipes

Changing the cast iron pipes to pvc pipes is the best solution in removing all roaches from your property, it is also the most expensive, a backwater valve is the quick fix that can be used when in a jam.  New pvc works the best because the roaches can not crawl on the top of the pipe, they just fall off.

Septic tank nesting roaches

Have your plumbing company pump out the septic tank and clean out all of the roaches, the tank most of the time has an opening under the lid which allows the roaches inside the tank to nest from the dirt and allows them to escape for food, water and shelter.  Septic tanks are the perfect house for roaches, providing them with food, water and shelter.

Manholes nesting Roaches

This City man holes nest some of the largest nest of roaches and allow them to crawl into your home or commercial property.  Ask the city to spray the man holes to reduce the amount that enter into your home.  Adding a backwater valve will eliminate them from entering your home or commercial property.
